• Receive all Notices of claim and determine if coverage is in order
• Investigate fully all claims
• Evaluate and set reserves
• Prepare action plans
• Prepare and maintain all program financial information & data
• Advise appropriate client management on claim managers
• Advise reinsurers and excess carriers on all “reportable” claim matters
